I am one of their renters and the maintenance service has always been prompt and thorough. They went above and beyond yesterday when I forgot to take my keys with me when I walked my dogs in the morning and ended up locked out of the apartment. Took care of the problem immediately. Definitely who you want to deal with as a renter.

Carol from Farnham Realty is truly amazing. She came through for me in such a huge way when I was in a pinch with an international student who arrived late to Yale and learned they’d paid a scam deposit and were without a place to live. Initially I thought Farnham was a realtor who dealt mostly in property sales and didn’t know they had rentals at all, let alone rental of individual rooms. After days of assisting my student in their search, I reached out to Sophie and Carol (the owner) who had a viewing set up within a matter of hours for a room in the students budget. They were credit checked and sent an easy link to make the first months payment, and moved in the next day. They RULE!

Moving back to New Haven walked into Farnham real estate in the middle of a rental market shortage rang the bell. Within 24 hours Matt N and the rest of the Farnham team had my lease and a awesome apartment. Five out Five thumbs up. Highly recommend.

I have been living in a Farnam managed apartment in westville for the past three years. They quickly resolved any maintenance concerns we’ve had. They are fair, and haven’t significantly increased our rent. Would absolutely rent from them again!
